I have been working for wendys the last few months and used my income tax in feburary to pay bills. I was late on decembers and janurarys rent and my landlord charges 5.00 a daily late charge. Even with payments made to him My landlord says i still owe him the late fees of 415.00 since i was so late on decembers and januarys rent. I am still 2 Months behind on rent and he is telling me he going to evicted me if i don't pay him. I have 500 of the 1200 he wants for march and feburarys rent . there are 3 adults and a 1 6 month year old living here we live pay check to pay check and don't even have money to move if evicted. Please Help Us if you can. Thanks for reading.

in my latest post i have found a Job, But i am behind on rent and it makes it very hard to get caught up. My landlord charges 5.00 a day late charge after the 10th of every month.  I signed up for modest needs on Janurany 14th Lakewood ohio rent 800.00.  For december's rent if i can get this decembers rent caught up i will be ok but my score is not high enough, if anyone is a member to modest needs and want to read and score my ad page please do. right now i am sitting at 5.29.. and I am about to be evicted. my check and income taxe will pay for janarury and febaruarys rent and this will put me back on track..

Wow mommyangles I am glad you are so positive. Finding a job is a job it's self, even living in a big city like myself, you can't make people hire you. Don't feel sorry for the people that is about to lose everything they have. Feel sorry for your self for not having compassion, I know people that have a real read eduction one has an Accountant Degree, guess what she works handing out shoes at a bowling alley. why she can't land a job in the Accountant field, and she placed many appls and has experience to do so. Don't be all high and mighty thinking you lost your job and it isn't going to be hard to find the next one. Heck I had to beg my way in to Wendy's and I have Banking and teller exp. of the last 8 years. Further More Nobody wants to be Jobless, and have worry on thire back. Trust me!

hope that the hoildays was bright, I gotten an job offer though wendys, not paying much but 6.85 an hour, but i still behind on bills, I paid my landord 350.00 of the 705.00 rent for decemeber and jan is right under my thumb. My car payment is still 2 months behind and i am scared everyday they are going to take it form me. I am in Ohio anyone know what i can do please comment, I tried churchs and salvation army and modest needs, no luck there. thank you for reading!

This is the one day a year to remember Christ our savor and his father. I hope everybody has a nice Christmas regardless of what your situation maybe, enjoy it put peace in your mind. Angels are out there to help. May the new year bring us better news and peace of mind? Tonight I walked around with my loved one and looked at all the Christmas lights, and for a few minutes forgot all about my personal problems, it was beautiful next week I'll start to worry again about the bills. but for now I am thankful for all the things I do have, family, love, and hope. i tried modest needs for atleast the car payment and i was told your expenses currently outpace your monthly income by a significant margin. Makes no sense to me seeing if that is the case at this time then i would need help. all the household money is coming to an end. I am wondering if anyone would help at a differcult time. I was working at my great aunts farm over the last few months to make ends meet. However time has come to a close, and we are no longer needed. I am late behind a few bills and car payment. Rent is now due for december and i don't have any income comeing in, My Pledge will be To help another needy family we i am back on my feet again.

Total owed to car is 800.00 or repo is going to get it, i been paying faithfully for over 2 years.
